Refund and Returns Policy

OXYAQUA TECH Website, operating as A1Kharido.com believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of manufacturing/shipping them.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once our team has checked and determined the same at our own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision on case to case basis. Please note for any Color Issues: OXYAQUA TECH uses standard industry software for designing and printing purposes. We do not guarantee any color matching or exact color print. Slight color variations are possible and should be considered acceptable and will not be considered a production mistake and will not be eligible for a refund or return or reproduction. We use our best judgment to match color, but if you need to visually match color, we suggest ordering a sample product.

In case of any Refunds approved by the OXYAQUA TECH, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

Return Via: Please note products which are customized are not eligible for return. For any manufacturing defect with customized product we can repair the product at company cost if the product is within return window and will ship the corrected product back to you. Once a customized product is ordered, we will not undertake any changes to that product under any circumstances. For standard/non customized product You can return the products back to A1Kharido by sending the courier back to us. Send us an email with the product name and order number and we will shortly help you to proceed with the return process.

Return Label: It will be the customer’s responsibility to get the return label/send the product back to us at their own cost, in case of manufacturing defect products. However, if you have any questions, you can always reach out to us, and we will help you.

Return Window: The customers can return their products at max 7 days post receiving of the product. We have a quick-support team to help you smoothly return your product and we are here to help you.

Return Condition: The product can be accepted only if it is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. However, if you find any defect, you can write to us, and we will get back to you with a solution. Please note products which are water damaged or intentionally damaged will not be applicable for return/refund.

Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee that we charge to our customers. We believe in giving the best services and experience to our clients. That is why when you return products, we do not charge any restocking fees.
